Hi folks. I'm looking into long term plans for a character of mine. He's a Dwarven Ranger (Guide and Skirmisher Archetype) 6 Barbarian 1 focusing on Weapon and Shield style. I'm planning to continue on with Dorn-Dergar (one handed due to the feat) and shield for some nice battlefield control ability.
As Ranger doesn't really offer what I need after level 6 (mainly feats and bonuses to will saves) I'm currently considering my options and I'll likely dip some fighter to collect a few badly needed feats. From there on I'm sort of up in the air. I could go and sugar dip into Cleric or take more Barbarian levels but since we are playing Savage Tide and the DM recently told me we'd be going all the way to level 20 I'd prefer to stick with something where I can collect powerful high level abilities later on.
So ideally I'd like to find a nice PrC which offers full BAB along with good Wil save progression. The only one I know of (and which I had originally planned for) is the Stalwart Defender, but I've noticed in game that I'm way to dependent on mobility in combat for that to be a viable choice.
So does anyone out there have any good suggestions of PrCs or Base Classes I could fill out my next few levels with?
