Hi all,
I recently got an update for Hero Lab, in which I have the PFS content, and it was showing that Two Weapon Defense, as written, is legal in PFS. I recall that in an earlier version it was greyed out, and I had a PFS GM state that it was not legal in society.
I did a little searching and was unable to find anything saying that it was banned in PFS.
Does anyone know if the rules on this have changed recently? Either way, if someone could point me to where I can find it listed as legal/illegal, it would be much appreciated!
Thanks! :)

As Two-Weapon Defense is in the Core Rulebook, it is legal by default unless the Guide to Pathfinder Society Organized Play explicitly says otherwise.
Also, be careful of using HeroLab for PFS. It's not always correct on what's legal and what's not, and its data packs are not legal sources for non-Core content for PFS (i.e., you still need to bring the actual book/PDF for any non-Core character options you use).

My mistake... I meant OFFENSIVE Defense, not Two Weapon Defense. It is found in the APG, and I know that there has been significant debate about it.
"When a rogue with this talent hits a creature with a melee attack that deals sneak attack damage, the rogue gains a +1 dodge bonus to AC for each sneak attack die rolled for one round."
Thanks!

The Additional Resources page is the authoritative document on what's PFS-legal, regardless of what HeroLab or your GM or anyone else says. Always check there.
Also, I seem to recall something about errata to Offensive Defense, or a FAQ or something... I'll do some digging.

That faqs was over a year ago. Thats not a very definitive answer is it?
Well, as far as PFS goes, the Official FAQ is considered binding, and GMs are supposed to apply common sense in their adjudications. If a player comes to my table honestly believing I should ignore that FAQ's guidance, they're going to be disappointed.
