What LVL 5 Character would you make with stats like these?

Homebrew and House Rules

11, 12, 12, 12, 16, 16

With the stats above I made a Dwarven Transmuter Wizard that will be going into Eldritch Knight.

Str 16
Dex 12/14
Con 14
Int 17
Wis 14
Cha 9

4th lvl stat point went into Int and the +2 for being a transmuter into Dex for the time being, being free to change it and all.

What would you guys do?

You want a two stat class. The lack of dumps is nice. A 16 high is a bit of an issue for primary casters.

Those 12s say you probably want to wind up in heavy armor unless one of the 16s goes in dex.

Paladin looks just about perfect. Stuff the 11 in wisdom and put the 16s in strength and charisma. Be human or half-human and put the +2 in either. Put the +1 where the +2 wound up.

Martial builds of Cleric or Oracle might work. 16 strength and 16 in the casting stat with the 11 in whichever of wisdom and charisma isn't the casting stat. Take heavy armor proficiency. Human or half-human with the +2 in strength or casting stat or dwarf for clerics. Put the +1 on top of the +2 (wisdom for dwarves)

Bard with the 16s in charisma and dexterity and the 11 in wisdom going up the archery feat path. Play anything with +dex that doesn't have -con or -cha and put the +1 in dex.

Back to clerics, A follower of Erastil with 16s in dex and wisdom going up the archery feat path is viable. Same as for the melee cleric above but you want to boost wisdom or dexterity rather than wisdom or strength for humans and half-humans.

Zen Archer Monk with the 11 in charisma and the 16s in strength and wisdom. Any race with +2 dex that doesn't have a wisdom penalty and the +1 is in dex. Or dwarf, but the +1 still goes in dex.

Dervish Dance Magus with the 16s in dexterity and intelligence and the 11 in charisma. Any race with +2 dex that doesn't have an int or con penalty is good with the +1 in strength to qualify for power attack.

versatile human wyrm oath paladin
stat array:

STR 16
DEX 12
CON 12
INT 12
WIS 11
CHA 16

put the 2 bumps into CHA and STR

lvl 4 bump INT for access to Unsanctioned Knowledge

wreck face

feats of interest: Power Attack, Unsanctioned Knowledge, Furious Focus, Death From Above

combining death from above and furious focus while flying using the wyrm oath to get access to it lets you basically never miss, and the build is done by lvl 10 when you get access to 3rd level spells (fly)
tho, unsanctioned knowledge requires the ability bump to go into INT

you could go the angelkin aasimar route and get a natural fly speed at lvl 11 and take oath of vengeance instead and have the best of both worlds as far as paladins go, stat array is actually the same, even though i personally would take an alt SLA to bump CON or something

again versatile human could also make a b*tchin switch hitter ranger

stat array:
STR 16
DEX 16
CON 12
INT 12
WIS 12
CHA 11

thing that sucks is you have to actually plan out what you wanna do with the character, i always like to balance STR and DEX, but lacking WIS means you will need some other means of getting spellcasting access

again, theres an aasimar variant (plumekith) that can accomplish this even better, but you pretty much need the alt SLA to get a bump to STR

feats of interest: power attack, quickdraw, deadly aim, archery style (rapid & many shots)

could make a great cleric or bard as well

That looks kind of like the stats for my PFS Human Hungry Ghost Qigong Monk. In her case it's more like:

Str 16
Dex 14
Con 8
Int 12
Wis 15+2+1=18
Cha 8

That was, of course, made with Organized Play's 20-buy rule. What you've got is almost strictly superior. If she had those numbers though, they'd be:

Str 16
Dex 12+1=13
Con 12
Int 12
Wis 16+2=18
Cha 11

I, for one, hate permanently odd-numbered stats, though - they sort of make me itch. If it's a home game, I'd try to cajole the DM into permitting me to move that extra 1 from CHA into DEX or CON, giving me a 10 CHA and a 14 DEX or CON at 4th level. I might even be willing to make it a 3-for-1 trade if I felt strongly enough about it.

Another possibility for those numbers (not based off of any of my own characters) is a Gunslinger (any race, but preferably one that gives Dexterity and/or Wisdom), stats arranged like so:

Str 12
Dex 16
Con 11+1=12
Int 12
Wis 16
Cha 12
PLUS racial modifiers, switch WIS and CHA in the case of a Mysterious Stranger.
