Godly information?

Advice

I tried finding somethign in the core rule book about them, but found nothing. It wasn't until it became relevant in a module with my paladin that I started wondering since apparently the god I picked doesn't care about vanquishing undead, just evil in general. Dont know where the DM got that info so would like to know.

Is there no book with the information? Bestiary, advanced rulepook, a players guide?

The Inner Sea World Guide has a small amount of info on each major deity.

There are some more in depth write-ups in some of AP's.

There are Faiths of Purity, Faiths of Balance, and Faiths of Corruption.

Those are the ones I can think of off the top of my head.

The Inner Sea World Guide has the basic information about the standard gods of the Pathfinder Campaign Setting. The old 3.5 supplement Gods and Magic has more detail - most of it is fluff anyway, not crunch, so it's still very useful.

The Inner Sea World Guide has info for the core deities. Faiths of Purity/Balance/Corruption have much more detailed information on good/neutral/evil deities as well as feats, traits and maybe some archetypes. For Tian deities, there are the Dragon Empires Gazeteer and I think the Jade Regent Player's guide.

Those are the ones I know of, I'm sure there are a few others floating around.
