It would be +1.
That's the same as the official 3.5 rule, although there were optional rules in place for handling it differently (either by using fractional BAB, or by using the total number of Medium-BAB class levels instead of the individual BAB of each class). A Pathfinder GM could certainly use similar rules in their game, if they wish to do so.

Wraithstrike's answer is correct.
There is an optional 3e rule to add fractional BAB when multi-classing. If your group chooses to use it, it works by adding the fraction for each level's BAB and round down. Under this system, you would have 2/3 at first (0), 4/3 at second (+1) and 6/3, or 2 (+2) at 3rd. The full description is found in the 3e book Unearthed Arcana from WotC.
One of the glories of the Open Game System is that the idea is that rules are presented in discrete packages for which the decision to include is made by the gaming group. While the fractional BAB system isn't standard PF, both UA and PF are designed using the same overall sysstem. While some of the PF unique elements don't work directly with other OG content because of differences between PF and SRD, this is a rules element that looks pretty modular if your group chooses to use it.
Edit: Sheesh. Cable modem goes out for 10 minutes and the ninjas come out in force. :)
