Looking for some verification on an odd combination. If a human druid took the alternate racial trait eye for talent (ARG), would the benefit apply to multiple animal companions gained through the archetype pack lord (UM)? In addition would the benefit apply to a multiclass druid/wizard's animal companion AND familiar?

I think it's pretty unambiguous:

So when you have this trait and you acquire an animal companion it gets +2. Doesn't say only once it is hardly overpowered. I'd allow it. Especially from a flavor point of view: Why would a human with an eye for talent pick an extraordinary animal companion only the first time around?
