Ok...
So just a quick question for clarification. This verbiage is somewhat ambiguous to me:
Critical Hits: When a creature is subject to a critical hit, the critical hit deals the damage normally, reducing vigor points first, and then reducing wound points when vigor points are gone. It also deals an amount of wound point damage equal to its critical multiplier (for example, 3 wound points for a weapon with a ×3 modifier), on top of any wound point damage the creature might take from the critical hit.
The verbiage seems to indicate that Critical Damage is applied normally.
So.... does this mean
Longsword Crit - (1d8+5)x2 + 2 Wound?
Or
Longsword Crit - (1d8+5) + 2 Wound?
Any perspective would be helpful.
Thank you!

I'd say option one.
" the critical hit deals damage normally " indicates to me that it would follow the critical hit rules in core handbook. (1d8 + 5)x2. Then add the 2 damage directly to wounds.
I can see how this one would be confusing to anyone who has English as a 2nd language. English is obnoxious sometimes.
