According to Sean K Reynolds in recent posts, yes you should be able to.
Gonna copy-paste in case I screwed up the links:
Just to be sure we're clear: accelerated crafting doesn't let you exceed the "8 hours of work per day" limit. Accelerated crafting lets you work for 4 hours and treat it as 8 hours, and then work for another 4 hours and treat it as 8 hours, for a total of 16-effective-hours (2,000 gp) of work per day....
It makes sense that it should be "you can get double the amount of work done, reducing your overall time needed to craft," because the alternate interpretation ("congrats, you have 4 more hours you can spend in town today") is pretty lame and pointless for most campaigns where you're not counting how much you can do in individual hours.

Get a familiar with the [http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/wizard/familiar/familiar-archetypes/valet-familiar-archetype]valet archetype[/url]. It gets Cooperative Crafting feat to help you craft. That and accelerated crafting means you craft items at 1/4 the normal time! For example: +2 magic weapon in 2 days instead of 8!!!

Is there any reason one couldn't put in three 4 hour shifts in a given day? Two 8 hour shifts would be pretty unreasonable, but three 4 hour shifts could make perfect sense.
Only a maximum of 8 hours per day can be spent crafting a magic item.
The caster can work for up to 8 hours each day. He cannot rush the process by working longer each day, but the days need not be consecutive, and the caster can use the rest of his time as he sees fit.
