Free Hand Fighter Build

Advice

So I just planned out a feat list for a free hand fighter, and could use some constructive criticism. I wanted to make him dex based, using a dueling sword while two weapon fighting using his empty hand to punch.
Here's the scores n' feats:
Str 13
Dex 18
Con 10
Int 14
Wis 10
Cha 12

Feats
h-Exotic weapon Proficiency
b-Weapon Finesse
1-Combat Expertise
b-Improved Disarm
3-Agile Maneuvers
b-Improved Unarmed Strike
5-Two Weapon Fighting
b-Deflect Arrows
7-Break Guard
b-Quick Draw
9-Weapon Focus
b-Dueling Sword Mastery
11-Improved Feint
b-Step up
13-Two Weapon Feint
b-Following Step
15-Weapon Specialization
b-Step up and Strike
17-Penetrating Strike
b-Greater Weapon Focus
19-Greater Weapon Specialization
b-Greater Penetrating Strike

What's your idea for this character? In other words, what is it about the free-hand fighter archetype that you like that made you decide to build this character? Also:

1. Are you committed to this archetype?
2. Are your ability scores set as you listed them?

i went off point buy for the stats. as for the archetype, i like that it isn't dependent on armor, and i like the idea of weapon in one hand, punch with the other. (Ive been playing a bit too much tales of vesperia lately.

Oh, what material is allowed for building this character? I'm going to suggest a pretty substantial reworking of your feats and also that you go into the duelist prestige class.
