So, a bit of history: when I first started playing PFS, I wasn't terribly organized. I forgot my usual character sheet once, and quickly whipped up a second character with (my PF#-2) as an identifier. That game was entered in the record, but I do not have the sheet for it.
Much later, I'd totally forgotten about that game, and played a completely different character with the same number. Now, since you can "re-train" characters prior to level 1, this was less of a problem records-wise, but it gets worse...
...I GM'd a game, and put the credit towards my new character, whom I now would like to play. According to my online PF profile, this character is now level 2. According to the sheets that I have in my folder, she is still level 1. So, legally speaking, what level is that character? Can I still make changes? What should I do?

Contact your local Venture Officer and see what they can do about getting you another Chronicle.
The character may be level two, but as for any retraining rules, you can retrain any time before you sit down to play above 3XP. So, while that character may technically be level 2 in EXP, it would still qualify for any retraining.

Clearly your character sheet spontaneously combusts. Clearly.
I Disagree Nani... Clearly the next GM to ask to see his chronicle sheets spontaneously combusts.
