I can't seem to figure out whether the Rust Monster's touch attack targets the player's touch AC or the targeted object's touch AC.
Anyone help out with this?

Attended items get a reflex save upon being struck. That's part of the reason I'm confused on this one.
It's tricky. I'd want rule that it was making sunder attacks, which fits both what it was trying to accomplish and explains why the antennae have an AoO exemption. Unfortunately that's a maneuver and maneuvers don't do touch attacks.
