With the focus on worship of Rovagug (for the more evil orcs) and Gorum (for the more warlike-but-not-always-evil orcs), I could see Rovauggies liking centipedes, or maybe scorpions, spiders or crabs, while Gorumites prefering 'armored' familiars, such as armadillos or turtles or crabs. If there was a porcupine option, the Gorumites might also dig that.
Scrappy aggressive animals, like badgers or boars, that have traits like rage and ferocity, might make popular animal companions or pets (or snacks...), but wouldn't be available as familiars (save perhaps as Improved options).
There's always the Tolkien 'orcs + wolves / wargs' connection, but that doesn't really fit into Golarion as much, if your game is set there.

There's a pic of an Orc Ranger with a Wolf Animal Companion in Orcs of Golarion, though.

Imps if you're doing the warcraft burning horde angle.
Camp Dogs/Hounds of any sort, dire or fiendish would probably fit evil types.
Boars and Wolves are always good.
Carrion birds of any variety, vultures, crows, ravens and the like.
If you're going with goodly/noble savage type orcs you can go with eagles/falcons, still keep wolves, bears, bulls, or wild horses.
