Does the Rogue advanced talent Crippling Strike stack for each successful sneak attack? Or is it like the bleed attack talent and only occurs on the first sneak attack?

it's damage so it is cumulative. 2 points for each sneak attack.
It stacks.
Of course, by the time you inflict a lot of str damage, the enemy is probably dead anyway.
