Building the Ultimate Magical Drug Pusher

Advice

Yeah...due to some events that transpired with my Sorcerer in Serpent's Skull, I now have an interest in building a character that magically forces people to get high and screw around.

If you care:
My Rakshasa-spawn Tiefling was Suggested by an actual Rakshasa (henceforth referred to as "Daddy") into smoking some Opium. Thankfully the save against addiction was passed.

Long story short, after many rounds of blowing smoke rings and getting up to shenanigans while everyone else fought, Daddy was killed, and 11 further doses of Opium were subsequently pocketed by good ol' Rusigari.

Of course, my interest was not fully piqued until this session when we fought a bigass Dream Spider and I learned that Shiver was A.) Pretty awesome and B.) Made from the ingredients found all around us here.

So I kinda want to make a magic drug dealer for shats and gaggles. I'm thinking I'd have a few tiers of drug based on how much I hate whoever I'm fighting at the time. Get that Sahir-Afiyun (Peshish Magic on the SRD) Feat and the spells that go with it if I just need to get someone out of the way for a while while they see something like this.

Moving up to the harder stuff with severe addictions if I really hate their guts.

So, any ideas on the best way to do this? Preferably ones that would be effective by level 8 or so? My only real ideas at this point are a Fey Bloodline Sorcerer and some sort of Bard.

What about the Sahir-Afiyun feat?

Ah, yes. Peshish Magic is the SRD's name for the Feat. Should probably change that to avoid further confusion.

Of course, False Focus, combined with Fabricate, is the best way to produce drugs.

Second in line, is the Mindchemist.

Hm. So perhaps a Fey Bloodline Sorcerer with False Focus and Fabricate, focused on spells like Suggestion (to make them take the drug) and Illusion magic (to make people THINK they're on drugs, also harder to disbelieve when you're as high as a kite). Craft: Alchemy being a MUST for his skill input and Fabricate being a pretty necessary spell.

I'm guessing you said Mindchemist just for the Cognatogen and Alchemy bonus?

Maybe Samsaran race so I can snag some Bard spells or whatever, if they have some unique/useful ones that sound nice.

Witch with Beguiling Gift. "Here, make a Will save or take this and take it."

Witch might be cool if only because Misfortune pretty much says lolnope to their chances of saving against addiction.

I do want to build a loyal customer base too, y'know.

Blue meth anyone?
