Throw Anything vs. Hurling (Rage Power Chain)

Advice

Ok, so I was sifting through, playing around and thinking about making an Alchemist / Titan Mauler Barbarian "Hulking Hurler" build just for fun. I was looking through barbarian powers and came across the Hurling rage power line. This lead me to my question.

What exactly does the hurling power line do different than throw anything?

Wouldn't throw anything let me throw a boulder (if the character were strong enough of course) and deal damage with it just as the hurling rage power line would?

Hurling Rage Powers are increasing the Size Category of objects you can throw 1 handed and 2 handed,
Throw Anything doesn't change the Size Category of what you can throw 1 handed or 2 handed, it just removes non-proficiency for Improvised Weapons.
Improvised Weapons are still subject to normal rules for Size Categories, they just do damage akin to crappy Simple Weapons.
The Hurling Rage Powers let you throw more damaging objects than Throw Anything,
and it is targetting Touch AC rather than normal AC (Throw Anything), at the cost of allowing a Reflex Save for half.
(If you have a crappy DEX, targetting Touch AC for Ranged Attacks is a great benefit)
Hurling Charge is also giving you a free extra attack which you otherwise wouldn't get.

Grand Lodge

Breaker Barbarian does it best.

Interesting. Thanks for the input everyone.
