Campaign Setting pronunciation guide?

There was an extremely useful pronunciation guide in the original Campaign Setting. Unless I'm missing it, there doesn't seem to be one in the Inner Sea World Guide.

If I'm just missing it in the ISWG, would someone please point me in the right direction? On the other hand, if it is truly gone, please please please put it back in future printings/versions of the ISWG -- it was fantastic, especially when just starting out with Golarion. Also, smack the person who decided to save two pages by removing it. ;-)

I was at a con in Boston this past weekend (TotalCon), and heard about 4 different variations for "Andoran."

YMMV, but considering that it is a pronunciation guide for American English readers, that were 2 pages completely lost on me and my groups.

It was taken out of the ISWG - but all of them were put into the wiki on their pages.
