Do any of the characters shown have.... well, characters attached to them? If they do, I'd be interested in knowing about them.
(specifically the second kobold and the first tengu)

What do you think are their stories when you look at them?
The first tengu seems like an oracle to me, while the second kobold makes me tink of the witch.
While I'm at it, the second goblin looks like an alchemist (mainly because nobody else uses bombs) and the second fetchling screams Summoner.
