Trying to put the finishing touches on a Sorcerer and I'm considering taking Spell Perfection: Summon Monster IX at 19th level.
Would Spell Perfection double the benefits of Augment Summoning?
Would Spell Perfection double the benefits of Superior Summoning?
Would a Quickened Summon Monster Spell would allow monsters summoned to act on the round they were summoned, and if so, would it allow them to take a standard action or would they be able to take a full turn (full attack, standard+move, etc.)?

Pick one spell which you have the ability to cast. Whenever you cast that spell you may apply any one metamagic feat you have to that spell without affecting its level or casting time, as long as the total modified level of the spell does not use a spell slot above 9th level.
Some people, most probably, would say you couldn't quicken any summon above 5, or 6 with magical lineage, using spell perfection. If your DM allows it, the summoned monster would get its full actions.
In addition, if you have other feats which allow you to apply a set numerical bonus to any aspect of this spell (such as Spell Focus, Spell Penetration, Weapon Focus [ray], and so on), double the bonus granted by that feat when applied to this spell.
"Any aspect of this spell" is the wording you have to consider, some people would let it apply to the creature summon, some would argue the creature itself is not an aspect of the spell but just a result of it. Superior summons clearly works though.

I appreciate the quick response.
Here's the thing - the character is an Ifrit Summoner who is taking the Elemental fire Bloodline, but the 'Primal' version of it. Her schtick is basically going to be direct-damage fire spells and fire-enhanced summoned monsters with some elemental resistances, movement spells and the Limited Wish/Wish spells thrown in.
The character is already taking Spell Perfection: Fireball or Firesnake at 15th level to enable her to do some of the classic metamagic tricks, but the metamagic spells she will be taking (Quicken, Dazing, Empower) aren't really beneficial for Monster Summoning. She probably will be taking Conjuration Focus->Augment->Superior as part of her feat selection, so I'm trying to figure out if Spell Perfection: Monster Summoning IX is a good take at 19th level purely for the Superior Summoning benefit (multiple Augmented Elder Fire Elementals being the most common intended usage).
There's nothing in the rules that suggests you can't takle multiple Spell Perfection feats, is there?
I'm also seriously wondering what the permutations would be of making Limited Wish or Wish the object of Spell Perfection...
