Armored Coat is easy =)
"Armored Coat: This sturdy leather coat is reinforced with metal plates sewn into the lining. More cumbersome than light armor but less effective than most medium armors, the advantage of an armored coat is that a person can don it or remove it as a move action (there is no “don hastily” option for an armored coat). If worn over other armor, use the better AC bonus and worse value in all other categories; an armored coat has no effect if worn with heavy armor. The only magic effects that apply are those worn on top."
The agile ones i would assume (i know assumptions is the mother of all f***-ups) would follow the normal version it's based upon.
The Eastern ones, i have no idea tbh.

For the rest I'd just use the times for the closest given armor, which results in:
Don 1 min, Don hastily 5 rounds, remove 1 min - haramaki, silken ceremonial, lamellar cuirass, lamellar (leather), quilted cloth, parade, wooden (light)
Don 4 min, Don hastily 1 min, remove 1 min - agile breastplate, do-maru, kikko, lamellar (horn), lamellar (steel), four-mirror, mountain pattern (medium) plus kusari gusoku, lamellar (iron), tatami-do (heavy armour with less than +8 AC bonus)
Don 4 min (help only), Don hastily 4 min, remove d4+1 min - agile half-plate, lamellar (stone), o-yoroi, (+8 or higher AC bonus)
Not RAW, but I think it's the best we've got.

Not if you want to stick as close to RAW as possible, because there are some heavies that by RAW take 4 minutes (banded and splint mail). So I'd put the dividing line not at medium-heavy but +7 vs +8 AC bonus (the difference between splint mail and half-plate). The categories are light, medium to heavy +7, and heavy +8 or higher.
Or you could simplify it to light-medium-heavy.
