So I have a friend who frequently plays sorcerers, this friend is amazing at building his sorcerers and I want to design a villian especially for him. This isn't a man hunt but I always have personal villians in my homebrew. So for him I have a hunter out for blood.
So far I have designed a:
LE Half-Elf Male Magus/Bloatmage
I guess I am asking for what archetype would best fit this. I have all paizo material and very rarely allow 3PP stuff. Any templates I should add to him? What would make this guy memorable?

Hexcrafter. He's an enormously obese but well dressed and extremely wealthy gourmet chef. He finds reason to have tasted the Sorcerers blood (perhaps after visiting a fight scene afterwards where some of that blood was shed) and finds it to have an amazing taste that only one with such a refined palate as his could appreciate. He now endlessly spends his time and vast fortune on obtaining this sorcerer and making a meal for the ages.
He also has the Cook People hex.

hmmm...what do you recommend for a weapon to resemble a huge meat cleaver? Maybe add the bladebound archetype in addition to hexcrafter.
