Earth Domain

Rules Questions

" You have mastery over earth, metal, and stone, can fire darts of acid, and command earth creatures."

What does "command earth creatures" mean and where in the rules could I find this explanation?

Nothing exceptional, if you're looking to the old 3.X ability to turn or rebuke elementals based on your choice of domain. Realistically, it's not talking about much other than the Elemental Swarm spell you get access to once you can cast 9th level spells.

For players/GM's who are building a character with a full elemental theme, however, Elemental Channel comes to mind as a given character choice so that you can use the channel energy class feature against them.

I've got a druid who has made the choice of the Earth domain, does this mean I can use Elemental Channel for/against Earth subtypes without the Channel Energy class feature?

No, you do not have the ability to Channel Energy class feature and thusly Elemental Channel is not a legal choice of a feat.

As a Druid the Earth Domain grants you access to the Acid Dart and Acid Resistance abilities along with giving you Domain Spells.

As Joshua Hirtz says, you do NOT gain access to the Elemental Channel feat because you do not channel energy as a cleric. In order to qualify for that feat, you would have to take enough levels in a character class that offers channeling - one level of cleric, for example.

I tried looking though druid archetypes for you, searching for an archetype that would grant you that ability, but I couldn't find any. So it looks like you'll have to multiclass for that.
