Tengu Ninja / witch

Advice

Has anyone got any idea how to take this further
Tengu with Beak+claws, + Finesse
becomes ninja for 3 levels, boar style (2d6 bleed if both claws hit)
takes 1 level of white haired witch , for beak, claw, claw, hair (+free grapple, hair grapples not ninja)

gives a full attack with flanking at 4th level
BAB +3 dex +4 flank +2 = +9 for all four attacks

+9 beak 1d3 +2d6
+9 claw 1d3 +2d6
+9 claw 1d3 +2d6 +2d6 bleed
+9 hair 1d4+1 +2d6 +free grapple

=average 38 damage per full attack with str 10 dex 18 int 12

I assume your ability scores are set at this point? Otherwise getting some strength instead of dex would do wonders for your damage.

A small correction:
A ninja 3/witch 1 only has BAB +2.

Overall I'd go for anything that grants you additional damage at this point.

Without sneak attack the damage is poor so I was planning to boost CHA to increase the KI pool, invisibility and good initiatives are key. STR is dump stat

AOMF (agile) when i can for 5000GP and 4x (+4 damage) for the round

heal for bleed is a standard action and provokes AoO

all AoO are performed with claws which gets you halfway to causing bleed

Boost the CON for hit points

Infernal Healing to stabilise if taken below 0

The Exchange

Eh..Id just go for enforcer, bludgeoner(did you know claws are B and S? :P), sap adept, sap master with scout levels. Add in Gore totem on an urban barbarian dip if you really wanted to be ridiculous..but I really cant picture a tengu having hair or growing horns in any decent RP sense.
