Can you resize magic armour and weapons?

Hey guys, can you re size magic armour and weapons to fit/be used by other size characters. Assume I mean going from Large to Medium to Small?
If so how is it done with the rules?
By the same token can you re size Masterwork weapons and Armour?

No.

Many items automatically resize, but arms and armor don't, and there isn't a core rule to actively do so.

It's a reasonable area to house rule if you're so inclined. It's also an additional tool for a GM to manage treasure handouts. YMMV.
