Does the following sound okay for a new spell? How does it relate to other spells of the same level? Did I miss any similar spells that are better/worse that this spell would affect?

Duration: 1 minute or until discharged
Saving Throw: Will negates (harmless)
Spell Resistance: yes (harmless)
You imbue the subject with magical energy that protects it from harm, granting a resistance bonus on saves equal to your charisma modifier.
Sounds good, if it can only be cast by nobility or on nobility.
A bonus to all 3 saves would either have to be 3rd level or be very restricted in some way.
It should probably be a static, or level scaling bonus. Protection from evil at the same level gives a +2. The until discharged is a fair balancing factor however.
