After the wildly successful kickstarter...
best estimates please
when do surveys go out?
when does alpha testing start?
when does the combat simulator launch?
when is closed beta?
when does stress testing start?
when is early enrollment?
I'd like your best guesses please if there hasn't been a GW recent update. I have a group of gaming friends I am trying to convince to come to PO and these are questions I have been getting from them.

I guess I am getting stuck on semantics. GW is calling it Alpha testing then early enrollment. You are suggesting that there isn't a "closed beta" except for everyone in early enrollment knowing it is in 'beta" until "launch."
I undertsood it to be in Alpha testing, then a closed beta period with more testers, then early enrollment is a launch ready game but with limited features. There will stil be closed beta people testing features in a seperate closed test server as the additional features are made launch ready to rolled out rolled out to the early enrollment game that is "launch ready" for every features it has.
I thought the GW emphasis was to adopt the "modern" MMO view that your "open beta" better be launch ready or else players wont give you a second chance at launch.

That may actually be correct. To be honest, I'm not 100% sure. I got the impression the "closed beta" would simply be Early Enrollment, but that could be wrong.

We've decided not to do a survey. Instead, you'll be contacted via email with information on how to access the Fulfillment System.
The Fulfillment System is scheduled to be deployed in the second half of March.
We automatically get the email address you used when you set up your Kickstarter account. You will need a paizo.com account to access the Fulfillment System. If you want to use a different address on paizo and on Kickstarter there will be a process to connect your Kickstarter pledge to your paizo.com account. If you don't get email on the address you used on Kickstarter, then you'll have to watch for an Update on the project or an announcement here on the forums.

No eta at this time.

Third Quarter 2013 is our goal.
when is closed beta?
Unlikely to have one.
when does stress testing start?
We'll do internal stress tests starting with our first milestone which is due in mid-April. We'll do mass stress testing with players close to Early Enrollment, and all of Early Enrollment is essentially a stress test.
when is early enrollment?
Mid-summer 2014.
