Is there a template that can turn existing characters or creatures into wights, while retaining ability scores, some racial traits, and class levels?

All it says is they lose their Con score and gain HP of of Cha like all Undead. Everything else should be the same.
Whoops, that's the same one Buzzard posted. But it's not exactly 3rd Party since I think 'Fan Conversion" means somebody just reverse-engineered the Wight Template out of existing Wight abilities and such.
Though that's exactly what I needed. I was wondering how to deal with the wights racial HD, but simply not doing that at all and going class levels only should probably work just fine.
