Curing Lycanthropy

Looking at the bestiary (and on the PRD) it says the way to cure lycanthrophy (curse) is to have a remove disease/heal from a 12th level cleric (within three (3) days of gaining the affliction).

Does this mean that oracles, witches, druids, paladins, samsaran spell picked people are unable to do it?

I would say Druids and Paladins absolutely can't as they existed in core. Oracles I would say would be able to if they were 12th level.

And Since witches are arcane technechly I wouldn't allow it. Samsaran clerics/oracles yes, anything else no because it would be borrowing the remove disease spell from witches spell list.

Just my opinion though.

I tend not to read RAW that literally. I'd say any 12th level divine caster who can cast either spell should work. But that's just my opinion.

I've always wondered if Remove Curse would work, since afflicted lycanthropy is clearly a curse.

You can certainly read it that way. On the other hand, you can also be the one who acknowledges that when the text was written all those other books did not exist yet.

Note that Paladins don't get heal at any level. Although a sufficiently high level Paladin might count as a 12th level cleric for remove disease.

I have no problems with the idea that druids have no recourse in this matter, but then again, most druids don't have a problem with lycanthropy per se. Anything that breaks down the constriction of civilization is more pro-druid concerns than it is anti. I could see some druids, particularly those of more evil bent, deliberately spreading lycanthropy through a village if they thought it would break up a society impinging on their forests.
