There has been alot of talk about faerie dragons being 3rd level casters. As a familiar of a 7 th level beast bonded witch, the faerie dragon decides to get skill focus knowledge arcane, and selects eldritch heritage feat arcane, then elects to get a monkey. How crazy is that?
