saw this one under portable hole shenanigans and had too put it first.
Best weaponize Ive seen with a portable hole is a rogue who snuck into a castle with a portable hole full of water. A guard saw him, so he took off running. He hid around a corner and opened the portable hole so the guard would fall in as he rounded the corner (it was dark). The now armor clad guard falls into the water filled hole. Rogue scoops up the hole and goes about his business. several hours later he dumps out the hole and removes the now bloated dead body from his new set of armor.
wand of invisibilty and doors....ninja level 12 with ghost step...wand the door find a guard run away...straight through the door....listen for crash....kill the now dazed guard.
dig a pit and then cover it with a panel of glass.with dirt glued too it. see above
poted plants + entangle need I say more...especially if you could enchant the pot with the spell so when it breaks...
speaking of entangle...wall of thorns+entangle...throw in a grease for good measure.

summon swarm, wand or cast...at the doorway of a sleeping person....then close and knock. hold portal...etx...bar door...or if your near whats called a murder hole...
oragami swarm covered with a explosive rune....since it duplicates itself into hundreds of copies.....then release into a room full of soldiers what naught...this is one it think will get orgami swarm probably banned by my dm after I do this..
a note about exploding runes...exploits...buy a crap ton of paper and as time permits cast the spell...save untill the day you want too do something huge....place em all in a satchel disposable whatever...and leave it near the guards...move away and dispel.
