I'm starting a new character who will be a Separatist cleric of Urgathoa, but I'm having a little trouble pinning down a faction for her. I plan on playing her as a bit of a hedonist, but I'm uncertain where to place her. Scarnzi(for greed), Taldor(for decadence), or Cheliax(for the tender flesh puppets...?) all seem like viable options, but they all have some downsides as well.
Of the 3, I've only played Cheliax before, which was a lot of fun. As my cleric won't be super-lawful though, I'm not sure how well it would fit this concept.

Yeah, you would just have to get a faction switch, which should be another freebie, IMO.
True neutral, hmmm.
Sczarni tends to be a bit black, rather than truly gray.
Taldor just irritates everyone else ta the table. "For Taldor!" Shee-ah right.
Grand Lodge is one of the better ones for neutrals, although Shadow Lodge can be amusing. "Oh, I only do things when the Venture Captain tries to screw us over. Rarely happens except for when we get a mission from Declan."

Or Osprey. He's not quite all there.
I think Taldor is probably your best bet, followed closely by Cheliax.

One important thing to remember is that Cheliax is lawful - not good, not evil, not neutral, but straight-up lawful. This gives a lot of wriggle room for RP interactions.
I have lawful-neutral gunslinger for Cheliax. He finds laws to be interesting things to study and amuse himself with, as they often provide simple yet elegant workarounds to complete local tasks. He may not agree with all their goals and guidelines, but they allow him the oversight needed to accomplish his missions.
A hedonist could use much the same outlook, as this is sort of hedonistic on its own: how does the law benefit me, and how can I use it to fulfill my own desires?
