This is a feat from 3.0 D & D. If it was allowed does anyone have some idea about how it would interact with the kingdom building rules and Bp in general?

The feat description is almost a perfect description of a bp just divide by 4000
I would say it would only apply to the castle but does not seem overly unbalanced h there are some good castle modifications on the boards and in the "book of river nations" and of course a flying modification however you manage that. Taking a castle adventuring will sure make it easy to rule while you are away from the kingdom. Happy flying.
