Deflection Aura action type?

Hello Everybody,

The Cleric Sub-domain of defense has the deflection aura abilitly;

Deflection Aura (Su)
Deflection Aura (Su): Once each day, you can emit a 20-foot aura for a number of rounds equal to your cleric level. Allies within the aura gain a +2 deflection bonus to AC and combat maneuver defense.

Is this a standard, move, or swift action?

I believe it to be a standard action, making it fairly useless.

Thanks

It is a standard action--all supernatural abilities are standard actions unless they say otherwise. It lasts for your cleric level in rounds, though, so I don't think it's useless. Weak, sure, but not useless.

ok, fair enough.
And Thanks!
