Using the feral dragon template on a adult bronze dragon yeilds to me a dragon with modified cr of 8 with six attacks:
bite +24 (2d8+12), 2 claws +24 (2d6+8),
2 wings +22 (1d8+4), tail slap +22 (2d6+12)
nothing even in the cr of 10 has attacks of that high to hit. And that doesnt even take in its over 200 hp. I know the dragon loses alot of its power when it loses its magic abilities and immunities, but my question is thus: is this too powerfull a creature to give it a cr of only 8?

yeah... wow, I have the best armor in my home game and this dude would be close to auto succeeding on his primary attacks. Not to mention the fact that his attack routine would be close to putting a character into negative hit points in one turn.
