Heya guys,
I generally am really bad at character design. Well, concept-wise it works, but also making it work for combat slightly less so.
In any case, I was looking at making a character for a Way of the Wicked campaign (in case I don't DM it, I might do that instead).
The concept I was looking at was as follows:
A Halfling (Flame) Oracle, because of Flame's association with Asmodeus.
I do want healing rather than inflict spells due to group make-up. But since Asmo is lawfull-evil anyway I figured "burning away wounds" with (un)righteous fire or somesuch would work.
Curse would be tongues, as it fits my exiled (and somewhat infernal background) well.
Anyway, I won;t burn you with the concept more!
What I need is an idea to make a halfling flame oralce work. I'm on a 25-point buy.
I was thinking of taking eldritch heritage and go Infernal (though kind of redundant for a fire oracle) though Arcane might work.
Besides that I would like to have the Childlike feat asap, probably as my level 1.
So, given these things, could anybody help me with something that would work?

Fire oracles are a lot of fun, and can make pretty scary blasters if you're into that sort of thing - and who isn't? For that avenue, you may want to look at threads like this one.
I'd steer away from Eldritch Heritage, even though you'll have the charisma for it. Most of the abilities you'll get from the fire-oriented ones are pretty redundant; you're probably better off just taking Extra Revelation, though that probably isn't necessary either.
I'd probably take the Fleet of Foot alternate racial trait to get your base speed up to 30; that's 40 with Cinder Dance, which is fantastic for a blaster. If you're going to be laying AoEs down, you'll need the mobility to get them just where you want 'em. Eventually you'll probably be spending a lot of time in elemental form (fire elementals have awesome speed), but it's still pretty useful to have a good base in your natural form.
If you're taking Childlike (I do enjoy that feat, btw; great flavour, plus Bluff is one of those skills where you can really benefit from being able to take 10) then taking one of the traits that gives you Bluff as a class skill seems like a good idea.
Glorious Heat may come in handy. Too bad you can't take Fire God's Blessing, though (unless your GM is generous enough to waive the race restriction).
