By the wording RAW, it takes place at the beginning of your turn, which makes it happen in the same round if it is before your turn.
Single rounds activity is pretty much near simultaneous in those same 6 seconds, so the bleed would take place on the round following the bleed/burn attack in my games, but that is not pure RAW. Having each step taken in initiative makes rounds seem longer than they are. I have my players submit their actions on a slip of paper and everything resolves at once. Minor adjustments can be made, but it represents the heat of battle better. No holding and waiting for people to move into position. There really is no time for that.
