I see alot of discussion/argument about 'controversial' means of gaining spells known (Paragon Surge),
but not very much about a pretty 'standard' means of doing so, Expanded Arcana.
EA gives you 1 spell known of top spell level, or 2 of below top spell level.
How do people uses this/ see it optimally used? With or without Human FC bonus spells known.
How does playing with an intended 'end game' level cap, as in PFS, affect things?
How many more total spells known to people thing is 'optimal' in terms of other things you give up to gain them? (e.g. Feats)
As well as how many is 'good enough' so that further investment isn't all that necessary?
