I am playing a Fetchling and if I am fighting drow and other creatures with dark vision and low-light vision does my shadow blend work vs these creatures because they can see just as well as I can in the dark.
Example treating complete darkness like normal lighting.
+1 - daylight
0 - normal light
-1 - dim light - I get a 50 % miss chance (drow can see np in dim light so do I still get the 50 % miss chance?) Does this Shadow blend just apply to humans ect fighting me in dim light since they can't see as well?
-2 - darkness (black)
-3 - magical darkness
What I am trying to say is this Shadow blend useless vs creatures who can see in the dark with no problem? If not what would I need to do to get my shadow blend to work vs the creatures of the underdark?
Thanks for the help.

Shadowblend gives 50% miss chance instead of 20%, so they'd need to take 20% before you could upgrade it.
If enemies can see in the dark without problem, yeah, it does nothing for you.
There is pretty much nothing you can do to get Shadowblend to work against creatures in the underdark with darkvision, because the only thing they can't see through is magical darkness, which is already 50% for you.
