Well, the animal shaman archetypes all give you something like this at level 2. It is called Totemic Transformation, and it lets you pick an aspect of your selected animal. For example, saurian shamans lets you get aspects of dinosaurs, and you can: increase your speed by 10, get scales that give +2 natural armor, give you senses (scent, low light), or 3 natural attacks. You can flavor the appearance of the selected aspect as you see fit.
