Having cancelled one of two minis subscriptions before they shipped, I then went back and ordered a second case+premium after the fact as a one-off order (thus neglecting to claim a mega-discount I would have got as a subscriber).
Without even asking, some alert CS person (I'm guessing carebear) sails in and arranges store credit for the discount I would have got if I'd just left things as they were.
Thanks Sara! (I'm guessing) I like the way you guys protect free from those problems of my own creation. :p
