Hi,
I live in Ypsilanti and Ann Arbor area. I've been wanting to join a Pathfinder campaign for a while and the opportunity never arises. I've never played more than two non-combative sessions of any Pathfinder campaign but I am very familiar with the game from a theoretical perspective (i obsessively skim the d20pfsrd.com site on occassion). I'd like to join any open campaign where I'd be welcome however campaigns progressed beyond level 5 might be pushing it due to my current lack of experience. So as I said, local Dungeon masters with an opening in their campaign setting please respond. I'd love to join the fun.
ps: Feel free to ask applicable questions

Have you heard of/considered Pathfinder Society? There's quite a few locations around the greater Detroit area that offer games on a weekly/bi-weekly schedule. And with how PFS works, its simple for new players to jump in.

Pathfinder Society is Paizo's world-wide Organized Play Campaign. There's a free download that lists the "house-rules" for the campaign. Being an organized play campaign, it lets you play your character with your local group, and play the same character(s) anywhere else in the world that PFS is run. The closest to Ypsi would be Warrior's 3 in Wayne, they meet on Wednesdays. (Sorry, I've always considered Ann Arbor part of Detroit... I know, bad me. ;D I just know they're both down "that way"...)
