Badger and Extra Rage

Rules Questions

Lantern Lodge

I have a quick and simple question. Can a badger animal companion take extra rage if it has an intelligence of at least three?

Yes; most DMs would also allow it even without 3 intelligence (rage is a corner case, because the badger is the only animal companion with it).

Is there some kind of workaround involving a badger and the sympathetic rage feat? ;)

lul, keep him in a harness strapped to your chest facing toward the enemy. Tap on his far facing shoulder, and then punch him really hard from the other direction. When he turns to see who dealt 1D4 points of non-lethal damage, by using Speak with Animals tell him that it was those "Orcs over there!" Now he's enraged, and you've just earned yourself some moral bonuses to strength and con.
