Anti-magic Class?

Are there any anti-magic classes in any 3.5 settings. I was thinking BAB Cleric, hp wizard, skill wizard, simple weapons, medium armor, abilities would be along the line of SR at levels, anti-spell progression one for one level.

any ideas?

3.5 had the Occult Slayer prestige class. And a feat... was it Mageslayer?

There was also Pierce Magical Concealment and Pierce Magical Protection, to get through pesky mage stuff. They were the higher tier feats off of Mageslayer and damned powerful. (These were all in Complete Arcane, fyi)

wasn't their a spellthief base class in one of the books too?

Look up the Black Hand Brand Class in the Spellslinger supplement.

I actually was thinking of making an Antiwizard...

A true conversion of the 1e Barbarian would also be a nice anti-magic character.

Maybe I am looking for a magic nullifier class instead of anti-magic?Someone as they increase in levels takes less damage from magic form divine and arcane. Spelleater

You can technically make one already, it just requires a specific set of class and Traits/Feats combinations.

Like a Spell Sundering Superstitious Barbarian who has that trait that ups their saving throws vs Divine magic and such-like.

But it would be awesome to have a class built around it specifically, I just don't know one.

lol just use AM barbarian

Look at War of the burning sky.

Cleric channels as counter-spells.

Free download....can't hurt to look.

Thank you for the help.

I'm currently working on an Inquisitor-like class for my homebrew setting. Would be nice if you could share what you'll use for yourself?

I just made something. Will be posting shortly.

Spellbreaker Inquisitor is a nice anti-magic class. Gets lots of bonuses against spells, and the capstone ability is pretty awesome (complete immunity to an entire school of magic).

Super Genius Games has what you are looking for. The Witch Hunter.
