Looking into trying a PbP campaign

I've been playing Pathfinder and Shadowrun 4e for a few years now, and am currently DM'ing a RotRL campaign. I really have the desire to participate as a player though, but no one near me has the time. SO I thought I would check into the PbP stuff on the paizo forums, since I've seen them before.

The only problem is, the recruitment forums intimidate me quite a lot, because I feel like any of them I see already have about 3 billion other people already expressing interest in a given campaign, so I don't have much of a chance, the way I see it.

So I'm trying a LFG post instead! Is anyone looking for a player in their campaign? I no longer have my 3.5 books so I'm not a great candidate for that, but Pathfinder and Shadowrun would be easy enough for me!

Don't know if this will be of interest to you but We have a small group playing pathfinder (mostly) weekly. We are using adventure paths I think( I am not the DM), but our group is pretty well formed as well. We need one or two more players for an ongoing Saturday night session 6pm to about 11.

Here is the unusual part we play remotely using Google meetups and webcams the players are in St Louis The DM is in Springfield IL. (Job Transfer) This system works far better than we anticipated and even a cam Is not needed (BONUS) just a headphone for audio hookup. we use Tabletop Forge to run the Pathfinder system and it works rather well.

I guess there's room in my RotR game for one more, but the catch is that it's a play by email game, rather than pbp. The party is still in the middle of the first module. Would you be interested in that?

Krisam - I'm currently running RotRL myself, so I'm probably not a good candidate for that. I've applied for DM Papa.DRB's Moru Country campaign, so hopefully I get into that ^_^

Sorry, I misread your post as though you wanted to play in a RotR campaign as well as running it. Good luck with Moru Country!
