Quick question

I have a question regarding the Pathfinder Society character creation rules. Are archetypes allowed or are we limited to the core and base classes as written? I'm thinking about making a character to play with some friends and I'd like to know if I can use an archetype or not.

Yes, archetypes are allowed but they are limited and you can find them in the Additional Resources under each class or reference.

Archetypes specified on the Additional Resources page are legal to use.

Archetypes are allowed, though be aware that things from additional resources will require you to bring the source material to your games. It's not much of a drawback, just something to be aware of. =)
