I ordered a bunch of Dungeon Tiles on the order # above to get my monthly total up past $100 for the discounted shipment.
The Subscription page shows them listed as part of the monthly shipment totaling $126 BUT My Account shows half the tiles listed as shipping with a later order, which should drop me below the $100 for the discount on shipping.
Since I ordered those things well enough in advance and specifically to get over the $100 for the shipping if they aren't going to ship and get me over the $100 then I DO NOT WANT THEM.
I beleive this is the second time things have been dropped from my scheduled shipment listed in "My Subscription" at the last minute leaving me short for the shipping discount, which given the amount of subscriptions I have irritates the living bejesus out of me btw.

I'm not sure why it is displaying the way it is on your My Account page. When I look at the sidecart and the tiles from the backend, everything looks like it should be shipped with the upcoming subscription shipment and when it spawns the subscription order you should see the shipping discount listed. If, when you get the email confirmation (estimated to be sent on Friday) you do not see the tiles in the subscription order, let us know. Everything on our end looks good, though I will have the tech team see if they can find why it is displaying the way it is on your end.

Ah, just realized the issue. The three items listed as "These items will ship with a future subscription shipment:" are actually on their way from our distributor. We do expect to have them in time for your subscription shipment, however, since they technically aren't in stock yet, the display on your My Account page separates them (your My Subscription page does not since it sees they are on their way). Since we have the other items in the warehouse for sure, the system knows they can go with the next subscription shipment.
If you ever have an issue with the shipping discount getting dropped unexpectedly, please let us know! We are happy to help and try to work out a solution.
