Looking through the chronicle sheets for Thornkeep I saw some phrasing that made me wonder.
The armor’s spell failure chance increases by 20% and applies to all magic used while wearing the armor, regardless of the magic’s source or class abilities possessed by the wearer.
(Emphasis mine)
Now at first glance, it's going to affect arcane and divine spells, but at second glance it affects...
So I was looking at how keen the +2 on saves the armor would give is nice, but if it means that Clarice Cleric's Channelling might go futz on me, not sure it's worth it. (Or if I have a shot of my aegis of recovery fizzling when I need that healing)

The reference to "magic's source" is referring to the fact that this spell failure chance applies to ALL spells cast by the wearer, regardless of if the source is arcane or divine or something else.
Potions, magic items, spell-like abilities, and supernatural abilities are not cast spells, and they are thus not affected.
