Thought up an interesting concept today and I'd like some help hashing out some of the bigger details for a homemade Class.
So far, all I have is a concept and a Skills List;
Bluff, Climb, Craft, Diplomacy, Disable Device, Handle Animal, Heal, Intimidate, Knowledge (dungeoneering, geography, nature, local), Perception, Profession, Ride, Sense Motive, Sleight of Hand, Stealth, Survival, Swim HD d8 6+Int Mod
It's basically a Rogue/Ranger hybrid; "A Rogue who was raised in the wild, gaining experience in stealth, espionage and sneak attacks as he drilled day in and day out in dungeons and the like".
So what would I like from the Paizo Community, you ask? I'd like your general opinions on the concept, class features (1-20th level advancement) and so on. I'd like the character to have access to the Ranger's F.T and F.E which would be slightly modified to give bonuses to sneak attacks and the like rather than the ordinary bonuses. Any constructive input welcome XD

It exists, and, this is the wrong forum for custom/homebrew stuff.
I started this one by using the "new thread" button.
No idea what you're talking about...
You were reading the 'Rules Questions' forum when you clicked 'New Thread', so the thread is in the Rules Questions forum. it should be in the 'Suggestions/House Rules/Homebrew' forum instead. I'm sure it'll get moved shortly.

As to your OP, I think the spell-less Ranger from Kobold Quarterly is what you're looking for. It get's sneak attack, and has some urbany abilities it can choose. I forget which volume of KQ it's in, but a bit of research on Spell-less Ranger should turn it up on their website.
Oh, here it is, expanded even. Four bucks.

I agree with everyone here. If the concept is Ranger + a few rogue abilities, it needs to be a Ranger archetype, not a new class. Vice versa, if it's a Rogue with a few Ranger abilities, it need to be a Rogue archetype, not it's own class. not only is it more appropriate to make it that way but it's WAY easier to do.
