Twice-Marked of Pharasma

Just curious about this addon and what sort of benefits you were looking at it having. As the texts shows

All characters in Pathfinder Online are marked by Pharasma and are thus able to return from the dead at the soulbinding points. You bear the same mark as all other characters but you have a second, distinctive mark as well. None know why you bear this mark, nor what it may portend in the future, but be sure that Fate has many surprises in store for those who are Twice-Chosen by the Lady of Graves. The bearer of this second Mark will have access to content and mechanical benefits distinct to those who are Twice Marked! You may purchase this Add-On multiple times.

My question is two-fold,

What sort of benefits were you looking at having? (No detailed mechanics are needed)

and

This addon says you can purchase it multiple times, does it add it's benefit to the same character multiple times or is that text there to purchase for multiple accounts? If it can be used multiple times on the same character is there a limit as to what you can do with it?

I read somewhere speculation that it will allow you to bind to two separate soulbinding points. Depending on how often you die in the game and the death penalties will likely reflect the relative benefit of the perk. I suspect they will try and avoid you using it to deliberately die as a fast travel method. I'm not sure what extra content it could include (special conversations with NPCs?).

Again, I'm not sure if it account bound or character bound in terms of multiple purchase utility.

My guess was giving players more "Threads of Fate" to protect their gear or giving them something like die hard.. or unlocking a set of skills that do all of these things and more.. I have no idea. I was just trying to see what their intention was. :D

I would guess more threads.

I not sure about the soulbinding points, not enough detail has been given on they work, how they are selected.

Yeah, I had assumed more soul-binding points...but the fast-travel problem would need to be fixed. More Threads sounds like a really good benefit. No direct combat advantage, but it would reduce the sting a death a little...perfect for a Pharasma boon!

I was thinking the "You may purchase this Add-On multiple times." line means that you apply it to one character per purchase. If it applies to the account as a whole, I could afford to get more add-ons instead of just buying two copies of some in order to cover both my main character and Destiny's Twin.
