I'm building a (transmutation) mage I trying to stack my spells if I can (6th level mage)

Transmuters use magic to change the world around them.
Physical Enhancement (Su): You gain a +1 enhancement bonus to one physical ability score (Strength, Dexterity, or Constitution). This bonus increases by +1 for every five wizard levels you possess to a maximum of +5 at 20th level. You can change this bonus to a new ability score when you prepare spells. At 20th level, this bonus applies to two physical ability scores of your choice.
Telekinetic Fist (Sp): As a standard action you can strike with a telekinetic fist, targeting any foe within 30 feet as a ranged touch attack. The telekinetic fist deals 1d4 points of bludgeoning damage + 1 for every two wizard levels you possess. You can use this ability a number of times per day equal to 3 + your Intelligence modifier.
Change Shape (Sp): At 8th level, you can change your shape for a number of rounds per day equal to your wizard level. These rounds do not need to be consecutive. This ability otherwise functions like beast shape II or elemental body I. At 12th level, this ability functions like beast shape III or elemental body II. pg 82

Q1) if I do bull strength it gave +4 enhancement bonus if I prepare it can add +2 to con (6th level mage) and is it to all transmutation or the ones that gave +(something) to you?

Q2) I know when I use undead anatomy 1 I get claw and bite attacks the spell say I can but it don't say that under beast shape or monstrous physique if I assume a form with claw or bite attacks do I get them?

Q2part2) undead anatomy you can assume the form of any Small or Medium corporeal creature of the undead type, which must be vaguely humanoid-shaped (like a ghoul, skeleton, or zombie). I want fly 30 feet (average maneuverability) and corporeal part. so what would I look like a ghost ghoul or a ghoul without corporeal part?

Q3) can I cast spells in a polymorph stat/ spell? as in can I cast spell in like undead anatomy or beast shape or other transmutation (polymorph) spells?

sorry about the spells

Liberty's Edge

1) The Physical Enhancement ability functions entirely separately from Bull's Strength (and other enhancement bonus sources) and does not interact with it. However, they do not stack as they share the same bonus type. If you plan on preparing and using Bull's Strength or using a strength-boosting belt (belt of physical might) I would choose constitution or dexterity instead of strength when you prepare spells to prevent wasting the bonus. If you ever get a +6 belt of physical perfection, the Physical Enhancement ability becomes essentially useless as its bonus is superseded by that of the item.

2) Polymorph spells, as a general rule, give you the natural attacks of your new form. Some choose to instead specify which natural attacks you gain, in which case you gain those. I'm not sure what happens if the set specified is not a superset of that which the creature gets (such as turning into an undead with a wing buffet). I would probably assume that, in those cases, you get only what's listed in the spell.

2p2) You have to find a creature that fits that description to gain the listed benefit, and you look like that creature when transformed. You must find something that is a small or medium corporeal undead that is at least vaguely humanoid-shaped and has a fly speed in order to gain the fly speed the spell lists. If the fly speed is better than what is listed, you only get what is listed. If it is worse, you get the worse number instead.

3) It depends. The polymorph section lists some creature types as preventing you from using your spells unless cast with silent/still/eschew. The types that prevent casting are as follows: animal, dragon, elemental, magical beast, plant, or vermin. If the type isn't on that list, you're a go for casting spells while transformed. Note that if you cast a new polymorph spell the old one is completely dispelled, not merely suppressed.

EDIT: Reading further into the polymorph section, Dragons are not actually on the list of forms that can't cast spells. Note that it is unclear whether this exception is for the entire creature type, or just true dragons, but at this point that is irrelevant as the only dragon-type polymorph spell available makes you into a true dragon.

All dragon's can cast spells. Really what you are interested in is whether they can talk, and whether or not they have hands. Claws capable of grasping weapons count as hands. If they can hold weapons, then they can cast spells with somatic components. If they can speak common without special training (birds require training to talk), then they can cast spells with verbal components. Dragons can do both of these things. Using feats such as silent spell and still spell would allow you to cast those spells in any form. There is also a feat called natural spell that will allow you to cast in any form.

Scarab Sages

Natural spell requires the wildshape class feature.

You are explicitly permitted to cast while in dragon form. It is one of the examples given. You are also explicitly permitted to cast in humanoid forms, so undead, giant, etc. all work.

Elemental form is argued about. They can talk but are not explicitly listed as humanoid, though the descriptions of most elementals state they can assume humanoid forms.

If you plan on casting a lot of polymorph spells, consider taking eschew materials. It will save you some trouble when using spells that transform your gear in addition to your character.
