Carrion Crown Covers

Hello,
I'm interested in purchasing some issues of the Carrion Crown Adventure Path.
I would like to know the difference between the versions whith blue cover and versions with black cover than I've seen in some shops.

There isn't any difference - The ones here have black colours.

If you are seeing a Blue cover some places online (like Amazon), that's because they never updated from the Blue mock up cover. Those were only ever used as a place holder until the actual covers were designed. They've never graced an actual book, and only exist digitally.

What E_B said. The blue covered versions you are seeing are nothing more than artifacts of hte placeholder design.
